US Expert Comments on Latest Strain in Ukraine-Russia Relations

Steven Pifer, a visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution and a former US Ambassador to Ukraine, in an interview with the Voice of America, commented on the latest stand-off between Kyiv and Moscow following criticism leveled by Russian President Dmitriy Medvedev against Ukraine President Viktor Yushchenko for alleged anti-Russian policies.
